Attorney David Guthrie attended Brooklyn Law School, graduating in 1979. He has been admitted to the California State Bar since 1979. He has also been admitted to the United State Federal District court.

    Since 1982 he has been a Professor at Western Siera Law School.

    For the last decade he has been specializing in estate law. His practice includes all areas of estate practice including:

    Estate Planning, including will, trusts, power of attorney, Advanced Health Care Directives, HIPPA forms;

    Estate Administration, including probate and trust administration;

    Estate litigation representing both beneficaries and trustees.
